Krapfenschnaggln
On the eve of All Saints´ Day boys at the age of ten to fourteen go from door to door. They all wear big white shirts and hats more than one meter high.
The boys carry long wooden poles with heads of goats on top. The lower parts of the heads can be moved to make a lot of noise.

When they come to a house they say a prayer, sing a song and wish the family good luck. Then they rattle their goats´ heads and ask for money and sweets.
In former times the poor kids of the village used to go “Krapfenschnaggln”. They wore masks because nobody should recognize them.
